This inner work involves healing deep-seated emotional wounds. Using somatic therapy I guide you to explore your internal world helping you gain understanding and compassion for the younger parts of you that were unable to get their needs for safety, love and connection met.

Using a holistic approach that acknowledges the connection between the mind & body, I hold a safe and non-judgemental space to help you get to the root cause of issues allowing you to release emotions, heal from trauma, and let go of the underlying beliefs that are keeping you stuck in painful repetitive cycles.

My goal is to focus on helping you reconnect back to you. Living in authentic connection with yourself is the cure for co-dependency. By understanding and embracing who you truly are, you can build stronger, healthier relationships and develop better coping strategies.
Many people carry unresolved emotional wounds that are reactivated in relationship with others. This reactivation is a regression to an earlier age when emotional patterns were learned in response to your needs not being met.
Somatic therapy recognises that the body carries the imprint of our life experiences; it allows us to access and heal the unresolved emotional pain that impacts our relationships, health and vitality.
I get it - I’ve been there too…
I know how it feels to lose yourself, especially in difficult relationships. In co-dependent relationships, your well-being becomes deeply entangled with your partners well-being. It often feels safer to focus on your partner's potential reactions rather than your own needs, especially during emotionally charged situations.
This makes it hard to understand and set boundaries, leaving you feeling unseen, unheard, resentful, and never truly able to be yourself.
Your’e not alone. For many decades I struggled with the same painful patterns, feeling stuck, stressed, disconnected, lonely and unsure how to break free. It was a sobering moment when I realised I didn’t know what my own needs or desires were anymore, and it dawned on me; I had lost myself.
It wasn't until I began my own healing journey—exploring the deeper origins of my emotional and relational struggles—that I found the way back to myself.
Now I’m here to guide and support you, so that you can deeply know, honour, and accept yourself for who you truly are; the cornerstone for healthy, connected relationships, and a fulfilling, peaceful and happy life.
I’ve faced the challenges of co-dependency too, and I learned that change began within me.

In our sessions, we will delve deep into understanding the root causes of your current challenges. Using trauma-informed techniques - including Root Cause Therapy, Embodied processing and Parts Integration - grounded in safety, compassion and curiosity, we'll uncover the underlying issues that have been holding you back.
Step 3 - Move forward with confidence
Through our work together, you will begin to embrace and re-integrate all the parts of yourself, transforming your emotions and behaviours. We will address and dismantle old conditioning and limiting beliefs so that change happens naturally, allowing you to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

How I help
Nervous System Safety
We begin by cultivating safety within your body and nervous system. Trauma happens through a lack of safety, so it makes sense that healing can truly begin within a safe space.
Somatic Healing
In Somatic therapy we go deeper than traditional talk therapies, becoming consciously aware of the sensations, emotions, and stories the body has been holding, often since childhood.
Emotional Repair
This therapeutic framework enables you to effectively process and release negative behaviours, beliefs and patterns where they first started, resulting in emotional repair and lasting change.

Hi, I’m Dani.
I am a qualified Root Cause Therapist, Embodied Processing Practitioner, and am trained in trauma healing and Parts Integration. My passion for the emotional well-being of women in relationships stems from my own journey, spanning over 35 years, struggling within a co-dependent relationship.
From the age of 17 when we first met, I began the never-ending quest for self improvement in an attempt to fix our problems. It was a relief to me when I finally realised there was nothing wrong with me, and I can assure you, there’s nothing wrong with you either. The road from co-dependency is about becoming you, not fixing you.
